Nutrition Consultancy operating here on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane regions. Qualified Nutritionist from the Queensland University of Technology with a keen interest in sport and exercise, and weight loss. I have co-ordinated and conducted Nutritional workshops for teenagers at Boys Town, the Cooking for 1 or 2 program with Senior Citizens and various Sporting groups.

My passion in nutrition has grown from 20 years in the dancing industry on the sunshine coast, both as a dancer and a teacher. My newest challenge has been competing in small triathlons and charity runs.
